Pawan Kumar Gupta

Pawan Kumar Gupta is a seasoned professional in hardware engineering with extensive experience at Cisco, where current responsibilities include serving as Senior Manager in the Security Business Group, overseeing the complete product lifecycle for Next Generation Firewall Systems, and managing a team of 16 in hardware design and development for the ASA and Firepower series security appliances. Previous roles at Cisco involved managing hardware engineering for edge routing products and coordinating cross-functional teams. Prior to Cisco, Pawan led multimedia software and system solutions at Ittiam Systems and contributed to hardware development at C-DOT Centre for Development of Telematics. Pawan holds an MSc in Wireless Communications from the Indian Institute of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Electrical Communication from Punjab Engineering College.
