Penelope V. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and channel management, currently serving as Regional Director SMB - South EMEA at Cisco since November 2019. In this role, Penelope leads the Small and Medium Business Go to Market strategy, focusing on driving sales, marketing programs, and operational efforts across multiple countries in South EMEA. Prior to Cisco, Penelope had a distinguished career at Microsoft from September 2006 to November 2019, where roles included Sr. Channel Executive and various channel marketing management positions, contributing significantly to the growth of the Windows and Cloud business across Western Europe. Penelope's career also includes experience at The Walt Disney Company as Sr. Product Manager, as well as sales experience at Celanese Mexicana-Novacel. Penelope holds a degree in Communication from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
