Rachael Robinson

Rachael Robinson is a seasoned senior leader currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for CX APJC at Cisco. With extensive experience in commercial management and customer success, they have previously held roles such as Chief of Staff and Director of Transformation at Cisco, and Commercial Manager for Marine Services at Rolls-Royce. Rachael began their career as a solicitor in commercial real estate and later transitioned into business development and marketing with firms like Allen & Overy. Additionally, they are a member of the advisory board at The University of Law and participate in the Airbus STAR program, providing strategic insights on commercial matters. Rachael holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from The University of Law and a BA in Classics from the University of Kent.
