Ran Ilany is a seasoned technology and product development executive with over 20 years of experience in network and cybersecurity products. They co-founded Portshift, a Kubernetes-native security platform, and served as CEO until its acquisition by Cisco, where they now hold the position of VP Platform & AI Services. Previously, Ran led various high-stakes projects at Check Point Software Technologies, contributing to a product portfolio generating over $1B in annual revenues. They are also a co-founder of Blade Fusion LTD, where they developed the world’s first multi-bladed security appliance. Ran holds a B.S.C in Computer Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
