Randy Ripper

Randy Ripper is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Professional Services at Cisco. With a background in crisis management and project management, Randy has previously held various leadership roles within Cisco, including Sr. Manager for Customer Assurance, where they focused on resolving complex customer escalations. Prior to joining Cisco, Randy worked at Roadway Express as a Dock Supervisor/City Dispatcher, providing extensive customer service support. Randy is also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing at North Carolina State University.
