Ravi Singh

Ravi Singh is a Senior Technical Leader at Cisco CX with over 17 years of experience in network security engineering. Currently, they address security-related incidents for Cisco customers worldwide, utilizing technologies such as Firepower, VPN, and Identity Management. Previously, Ravi worked at BT Security as a Specialist Security Systems managing global SOC operations and held roles at HCL Technologies and Dell focused on VPN and security support. Ravi holds a B.E. in Computer Science from Doctor Bhim Rao Ambedkar University and possesses multiple network security certifications, including CCIE Security.
