Ricardo Ortega

Ricardo Ortega is a Sr. Manager of Security Services at Cisco, where they lead a team of technical consultants and solution architects to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across EMEAR. Previously, they served as the Security Advanced Services Manager, successfully doubling Cisco's security services business in less than three years. Ricardo also held various roles at BT, including Senior Managerial positions, and contributed as an Associate Professor at Universidad Pontificia Comillas. They hold multiple master's degrees in Telecommunications Engineering and Business Administration, along with a CCIE certification.
