Richard Clipper

Richard Clipper is an experienced project and program manager currently serving at Cisco Systems since November 2012, focusing on learning and development and new hire orientation. Prior to this, Richard held various logistics roles in the United States Army from 2011 to May 2012, including Logistics Facility Supervisor and Logistics Advisor, where responsibilities included training Afghan National Police Officers and managing significant logistical operations. Richard's military background also includes a decade with the Michigan Army National Guard in multiple positions, such as Project Supervisor and Operations NCO, demonstrating a strong proficiency in supply chain management and operational effectiveness. Richard earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Davenport University and completed several military logistics courses.
