Rick Carlson

Rick Carlson is a senior engineering leader with a passion for technology and team-building, emphasizing the importance of trust and social responsibility. They co-founded Cisco's MN Outreach team, dedicating time to coordinating volunteer efforts for charities and individuals in need. Rick's previous roles include systems engineering and management positions at notable companies such as Cisco, Sovran, and Parallel Technologies, where they developed strategies for digital transformation and workforce development. Currently, they are pursuing a Business Administration Certificate from the University of Minnesota Duluth while also working towards an Associate's Degree in Consumer Electronics from NEI College of Technology.
