Rick Miles

Rick Miles is an experienced executive in product management with a strong background in cybersecurity and military operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at Cisco since April 2023, Rick previously held senior positions at Zscaler, where oversight included the Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) product, and at Proofpoint, leading product strategy for various threat analytics and response solutions. A proven leader, Rick has managed teams at RedSeal, contributing to substantial increases in product integrations and partnerships. Rick's military background includes key roles like Program Manager at the United States Military Academy and Director in the US Army, where leadership and communication skills were honed under demanding circumstances.
