Risa Martyn

Risa Martyn, PhD, ACC, is an AI Transformation Consultant with extensive experience in workforce change and enterprise AI adoption. Risa has worked at Cisco Systems since 2012 as a Senior Consultant specializing in strategic change leadership and innovation. Prior to that, Risa held senior consulting roles in organizational change management at Symantec and AAA from 2006 to 2012. Risa earned a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of San Francisco and completed a PhD in Organizational Systems at Saybrook University.
