Rizwan Fazil is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in hardware engineering and R&D, currently serving as a Technical Leader in Hardware Engineering at Cisco since July 2025. Previously, Rizwan worked as an Expert R&D IC Engineer at Keysight Technologies from April 2023 to July 2025, and as a Senior DfX Engineer at Microsoft from January 2022 to March 2023. Rizwan's earlier career includes roles at Intel Corporation as a PCB Materials Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer from February 2014 to January 2022, and at BlackBerry as a Process Engineer from April 2004 to January 2014. Rizwan holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Western University, earned between May 2010 and April 2013.
