Rob Bardani

Rob Bardani is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience at Cisco, where Rob has held various senior management roles since 1999. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering Technology, Media, and Communications, Bardani oversees strategy and execution for Mid Market, Canada, and LATAM Service Providers, emphasizing production and IT business. Previous roles include leading Systems Engineering teams focused on pre-sales, cloud services, and service provider channels, achieving significant growth metrics and improving operational excellence. Bardani's expertise also extends to successful organizational leadership during challenging economic periods and innovation in engineering practices. Prior to Cisco, Bardani held managerial positions at Progress Software and served as a software developer at Crescent Software and CompuTeach. Bardani earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Connecticut.
