Rob Purdie

Rob Purdie is currently an Enterprise Agile Coach at Cisco, where they serve within a large IT organization. With a career spanning decades, Rob has led Agile transformations at major companies including IBM and The Economist, where they introduced Agile methodologies to various teams and departments. As a co-founder of Intravenous Communications, they developed industry-first software solutions and have also established a consulting practice focusing on project management and Agile coaching. Rob holds a B.A. in Philosophy and English from Trent University and is certified in multiple coaching disciplines, including as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.
