Robb Baer

Robb Baer is a Business Solutions Architect at Cisco, where they help customers transform their organizations by aligning people, processes, and technology to business outcomes. Previously, Robb worked at IBM in various roles, including Complex Solutions Executive and Cloud Offering Manager, where they led teams in proposal development and product innovation for networking solutions. Robb began their career as a Consultant at Callisma, Inc. and served as a Services Sales Leader at IBM Global Services, honing expertise in sales strategy and solution delivery. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
