Robert Pedrosa

Robert Pedrosa currently serves as an Engineer Technical Leader at Cisco since September 2023. Prior to this, Robert held the position of Director of Telecommunications at Vertek Corporation from October 2022 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing operations, setting goals, and overseeing budgets within the Telecom Operations product portfolio. Robert's extensive experience also includes a role as Director of Game Operations Infrastructure and Cloud Services at Hirez Studios (December 2016 - October 2022), where Robert implemented cloud infrastructure for multiple gaming titles and developed disaster recovery plans. Earlier roles involved managing technical support and operations teams at Internap and held various positions at Alta Telecom, Deltacom, Level 3 Communications, and Broadwing Communications focused on network operations and technical support. Robert's educational background includes informatices studies at Mercer University, having completed previous academic pursuits at The University of Texas at Austin.
