Rohelia Letscher

Rohelia Letscher is a results-oriented executive with a focus on global operations, financial acumen, and strategic leadership. Currently a Senior Director in Cisco's HR organization, Rohelia builds and leads a change management function centered around artificial intelligence. Previously, Rohelia served as Chief of Staff to the CFO at Cisco, where they orchestrated high-impact initiatives and managed integration efforts for a $28B acquisition. With a commitment to talent development and inclusive cultures, Rohelia has led various community strategies within Cisco, significantly enhancing diversity and support for underrepresented groups. Rohelia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a minor in Spanish from San José State University.
