Royd Lim

Royd Lim is currently a Strategy & Planning Manager in the Office of the CEO at Cisco, beginning in September 2024. Prior to this role, Royd served as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company from July 2021 to August 2024, focusing on areas such as Operating Model Transformation and M&A across various industries including Technology and Healthcare. Royd's experience also includes a position as CapEx Program Manager at Apple, where responsibilities included managing project budgets for hardware products. Additionally, Royd spent time as a Fellow at Impact Capital Managers and completed an MBA internship at Apple. Prior military service as an Artillery Officer in the US Marine Corps spanned from May 2013 to May 2018. Royd holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Operations Research from the United States Air Force Academy.
