Russell (Rusty) Smith is currently the Senior Director of Country Digitization for Cisco Americas, where they lead efforts in national digital transformation. Previously, Rusty held various roles at Cisco, including Director of Sales Head of Public Sector for the Americas Region and Senior Manager for Global Public Sector. Throughout their career, they have been recognized for their leadership in driving sales, strategy, and business development in the public sector across the US, Canada, and LATAM. Rusty's past experience also includes a brief tenure as Director of Sales at Cross Telecom and Director of Sales at Analysts International.
