Ryan Brown

Ryan Brown is a customer success and services executive with extensive experience leading service delivery and business operations teams in the high-tech industry. They currently serve as the Sr. Director of Customer Success at Cisco and previously held senior roles at Splunk, Veritas Technologies, and Symantec, where they demonstrated strong financial acumen and an ability to transform underachieving teams into high-performing contributors. Ryan has a background in network engineering and technical consultancy, having worked at Aegis Associates and TEKsystems early in their career. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Florida.
