Ryan Hebert

Ryan Hebert is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in security solutions, cloud architecture, and conversational AI. Currently serving as a Software Consulting Engineer at Cisco since May 2020, Ryan focuses on driving the adoption of Cisco Security and Duo solutions for enterprise accounts, prioritizing customer experience and business outcomes. Previously, Ryan held roles at Duo Security as a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer, assisting large enterprises with their identity security platforms, and at Clinc, Inc. as an AI Experience Owner, where Ryan developed innovative AI solutions for notable clients. Prior experience includes various positions at Barracuda, including Sales Cloud Solutions Architect and Product Manager, as well as running Hebert Technology Services, which provided IT project management and security guidance. Ryan holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University and an AA in Computer Information Systems from Washtenaw Community College.
