Ryan Hooper

Ryan Hooper has a comprehensive background in software and hardware engineering, with over 15 years of experience primarily at Cisco where positions have spanned from Junior Software Engineer to Manager of Government Adaptation. In the current role, Ryan leads efforts to enable market access for Public Sector Sales by collaborating across teams to design, implement, and test required features. Previous roles include focusing on security certifications such as FIPS and FedRAMP, as well as conducting research on cloud security solutions in the Office of the CTO. Prior experience includes working at IBM as a Hardware Engineer and at Northrop Grumman as a Software Engineer and Field Service Representative. Ryan holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University.
