Ryan Kim

Ryan Kim is the Head of HR for Korea at Cisco Systems, where they have excelled as a Strategic Business Partner for over a decade. Since 2013, Ryan has demonstrated strong expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, and post-merger integration, contributing significantly to complex organizational structures. Prior to Cisco, Ryan held the position of Head of HR for Korea at ST-Ericsson from 2009 to 2013 and served as Senior HR Manager at BEA Systems from 2006 to 2008. Ryan earned both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Political Science from Sogang University, where they also minored in Psychology.
