Ryan Puplis

Ryan Puplis is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in technology and product legal matters. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Cisco since March 2012, Ryan leads the Offer Strategy Team, overseeing initiatives related to hardware consumption models, product interoperability, and generative artificial intelligence integration. Previously held roles at Cisco include Director of Legal Services for Customer Experience and Senior Corporate Counsel, where Ryan managed high-complexity agreements and supported product lifecycle strategies. Prior to Cisco, Ryan worked at Accenture as Strategic Initiatives Counsel, advising on digital marketing and technology agreements, and at Applied Systems as Associate Corporate Counsel, managing various legal functions. Ryan holds a JD in Intellectual Property Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a BA in English from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
