Ryan Smith is a Senior Voice Engineer at Cisco, where they have been delivering over 200 independent projects annually since 2015, notably supporting Bank of America with a diverse range of site builds. Prior to Cisco, Ryan worked as a Cisco VOIP Engineer for Stanley Black & Decker, completing over 400 design and implementation projects from 2011 to 2015, and at AT&T, where they supported over 110,000 phones for major Fortune 500 companies. Ryan holds a B.S. in Geology from Michigan State University and is currently attending Lansing Community College.
