Ryan Taylor

Ryan Taylor is a strategic HR operations and AI operator with a diverse background spanning military service and various leadership roles in technology and human resources. They served as an Infantry Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps from 2005 to 2011 before transitioning to a career in technology, working as a National IT Recruiter at Arrow Strategies in 2011. Ryan has held multiple managerial positions, including Senior Manager of Strategy & Planning at Cisco since 2022 and Head of Duo Product Operations at Duo Security from 2019 to 2021. Ryan also earned a Master’s degree in Organization Development & Change from Penn State University, further enhancing their expertise in people operations. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Central Michigan University.
