Sailesh Dash

Sailesh Dash is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Sales-GTM Leader at Cisco since January 2018, where key achievements include leading sales for large enterprise customers and developing Go-To-Market strategies for partners. Prior to Cisco, Sailesh held the position of Regional Director-Sales & Marketing at RAD Data Communications, overseeing business development in the West Region of India for major clients such as Reliance Jio and Vodafone. Previous roles include Senior Sales Manager at Oracle, Senior Account Manager at Huawei Telecommunications, and Solution Sales positions at Nortel, showcasing a robust background in key account management and solution sales across various regions, including India, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives. Sailesh holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Telecom Management and a B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunications from Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University.
