Salim Rizk

Salim Rizk is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in service provider delivery and customer experience. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of EMEA SP Delivery at Cisco since 2012, Salim leads delivery transformation efforts across Cisco's EMEA theaters. Prior roles at Cisco include directing customer experience for service providers in regions such as Middle East, Africa, Russia, and CIS, with full P&L responsibility across multiple service lines. Salim's career at Cisco began in 2000, with accomplishments in emerging markets and mobility centers of excellence. Earlier experiences include roles at Microcell Connexions as a Network Planner and at France Telecom Mobiles Liban as an NSS Engineer. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Telecommunications Management from The University of Dallas and a Master's Degree in Telecom Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague.
