Sameer Prabhudesai

Sameer Prabhudesai is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and management roles across prominent companies in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering in the Security Business Group at Cisco, Sameer oversees CloudSec and NetSec initiatives. Previous roles include General Manager at Ericsson, where leadership was provided for technology projects involving cloud and virtualization, and Senior Principal at Broadcom, contributing to the development and testing of LTE-Advanced modems. Sameer also has substantial experience with TCS, leading technology and solutions for LTE, and Nortel Networks, where product ownership of the CDMA Base Station Controller was managed. Sameer holds an MBA in Business Strategy from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
