Samir Ouelha

Samir Ouelha is a Speech Deep Learning Technical Leader at Cisco, where they have been instrumental in advancing speech technologies since 2021. They earned a PhD in Signal Processing with high honors from Université du Sud Toulon Var, where their research focused on underwater acoustic signal identification. Prior to their role at Cisco, Samir held various engineering and research positions, including as a Research Scientist at Qatar University, where they co-authored several journal papers and worked on noise reduction algorithms. Additionally, Samir serves as the CEO of MLSP, providing consulting services in signal processing and machine learning.
