Technical Leader, Customer Experience - Service Provider Technology Transformation Group

Sanka Chen is a Technical Leader in Mass Scale Infrastructure at Cisco Systems, where they focus on customer experience within the Service Provider Technology Transformation Group. Previously, Sanka served as a Technical Project Manager and a Network Consulting Engineer at Cisco, contributing to various technology initiatives from 2010 to 2021. Sanka also completed an internship in the Information Management Leadership Program at GE Capital in 2009. Currently, Sanka is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Finance at the University of Maryland College Park.
