Scott Empson is an accomplished author and educator with extensive experience in technology and education. As the creator and lead author of the Cisco Press Portable Command Guide Series since August 2004, Scott has focused on topics such as CCNA, CCNA Security, CCNP Enterprise, and CCIE. In addition to this role, Scott served as Program Chair for the Bachelor of Applied Information Systems Technology at NAIT from May 2010 to February 2018, overseeing a 4-year degree program while also providing instruction in Cisco Systems Technologies and Leadership courses.
