Scott Sprinkle has over 25 years of experience in the technology and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Director of Systems Engineering for the Central Area at Cisco Systems since September 1998. In this role, Scott leads the SE team, shaping vision and strategy for Cisco products and developing technical architectures while ensuring staff alignment. Prior to this, Scott held positions including Senior Manager, Systems Engineering, where management of sales operations and leadership of top enterprise operations occurred, and Systems Engineer Manager, which involved coaching and mentoring staff within a specific region. Early career experience includes serving as an Airman in the United States Air Force from 1991 to 1995, alongside completing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Old Dominion University.
