Sean Hsia

Sean Hsia is a senior manager with over 22 years of leadership in power and IO device innovation. They have spent over nine years at Dell as an Engineering Director, where they led the end-to-end development of various power and IO devices while managing cross-functional teams. Sean has extensive expertise in AC-DC PSU design and has held positions that involved overseeing product development, managing operations, and driving business growth. Currently, they serve as a Senior Manager at 思科 and lead the Front End Power team's development of power products. Sean earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
