Sean Lin

Sean Lin is the Director of Hardware Engineering at Cisco, where they manage the hardware development of the Cisco Network Security Firepower Series Platforms. Previously, Sean held various management and hardware engineering roles at Cisco from 1997 to 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Hardware Engineer at the Industrial Technology Research Institute from 1989 to 1992. Sean is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering at National Chiao Tung University and a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Southern California.
