Shahid Usman

Shahid Usman is a seasoned IoT engineer currently serving as a Technical Lead in Escalations at Cisco, where they focus on customer success and problem resolution. With a robust background as a Senior Software Engineer and experience in QA and BU escalation roles, they have demonstrated expertise in IoT technologies and network management. Shahid has previously worked as a Lecturer at NED University of Engineering and Technology and has received a B.E. in Computer Systems Engineering from the same institution, along with a Master's in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University and an MBA in Marketing from National University.
