Sham Kumar

Sham Kumar has over two decades of experience in finance and business operations, with key roles at Cisco and Hewlett-Packard. As the Director of Finance at Cisco from March 2018 to February 2023, Sham served as a finance partner supporting the People, Policy & Purpose organization and led overall operations for Customer Experience (CX). Prior positions included Global Business Operations Manager and Head of APJC Customer Experience & Sales Enablement, emphasizing team management and cross-functional leadership. Earlier, at Hewlett-Packard, Sham worked as a Business Planning Manager, providing analysis and support to the worldwide leadership team, and as a Financial Analyst responsible for the overall P&L of the Global Solutions Center in Bangalore. Sham began the career at TVS Motor Company as a trainee and holds a CMA from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and an MBA in Finance from PES University.
