Shantel Dooling

Shantel Dooling is a strategic thinker and results-driven project developer currently serving as a Project Development Manager at Cisco. They have extensive experience in legislative and regulatory work, having held leadership positions such as Executive Director at both the Missouri State Orthopaedic Association and the Boone County Medical Association. Dooling previously worked as a Director of Communications and Legislative Director, where they built strong relationships with stakeholders and legislators. They hold a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an Associate's Degree in Marketing from Columbia College.
