Sheldon D'Mello is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development, quality assurance, and product management across renowned technology companies. At Cisco, D'Mello currently directs the end-to-end delivery of the Secure Firewall Cloud Native product and oversees a global team for the Firepower Device Manager. Previously, D'Mello led QA Automation efforts at Trend Micro and managed a large global SDET team at Dell Technologies, focusing on enhancing the quality of eCommerce platforms. Earlier career accomplishments at IBM involved developing high-reliability clustering solutions and optimizing performance for high-performance computing environments. D'Mello holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Walden University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona.
