Shereen Dindar is a seasoned content designer and UX strategist with a decade of experience in digital product writing, user research, and information architecture. Previously, Shereen held key roles at Walmart, Intact, and TELUS, where they led content design processes, improved user satisfaction ratings, and established company-wide guidelines.
