Shiva Ramesh is the Finance Director for Cisco Capital EMEA, having joined the Executive Leadership Team in June 2022. With over a decade of finance experience at Cisco, they have held various leadership positions supporting diverse business units across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Previously, Shiva worked as a trader and analyst in multiple finance roles, including at Redbrick Capital and Lehman Brothers. They hold an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a double major in Mathematics and Management from MIT, complemented by an exchange program at HEC Paris. Currently residing in Amsterdam, Shiva is in the process of learning Dutch.
