Shruti Hegde

Shruti Hegde is an engineer-turned-product thinker with a decade of experience in designing and delivering scalable SaaS systems across enterprise and Contact Center domains. They have held positions at companies including Cisco, where they led a large-scale migration project and collaborated with product managers to define user requirements. Shruti is currently pursuing a degree in Data Driven Product Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and has previously worked as a software engineer at Robert Bosch and Siemens. With a keen interest in bridging technology and business impact, Shruti seeks to create meaningful products through user insights and strategic data analysis.
