Simon Brock

Simon Brock is a Director of Finance Transformation at Cisco, responsible for delivering large-scale systems and country enablement programs focused on AI, ML, and RPA automation for Finance. Since joining Cisco in 2013, Simon has led significant projects, including a $26.8 billion transformation for the U.S. and Canada and finance enablement for The Netherlands, Japan, and China, collectively accounting for over $14 billion in sales. Prior experience includes project management roles at Oracle and Sun Microsystems, where Simon implemented global ERP solutions and drove business process improvements across numerous international projects. Simon holds various qualifications including a Business degree majoring in Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney and diplomas in Banking and Finance.
