Stefan Bachmann

Stefan Bachmann is an experienced Human Resources Leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Strategies and Movement at Cisco since 2023. Previously, from 2018 to 2023, they held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition EMEAR at Cisco, where they developed strategic approaches to talent management and mobility. Before joining Cisco, Stefan worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Global Sales and as the Global University Program Leader. They also have experience in various HR roles at HP and Electronic Data Systems, contributing significantly to talent acquisition and organizational transformation projects throughout their career.
