Stephan Bayer

Stephan Bayer is currently a Designated Service Manager for Email Security at Cisco, where they have worked since 2017 after previously serving as a Customer Support Engineer in the same division from 2013 to 2017. Prior to their time at Cisco, Stephan owned and operated Cafe Prost, Inc., a food truck specializing in soft German pretzels, from 2011 to 2016. They also gained experience as a Tier 2 Support Engineer and Systems Analyst at mindSHIFT from 2010 to 2011. Stephan holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as a degree in Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
