Stephen Cheng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and account management. Currently serving as a Global Account Manager at Cisco since February 2008, Stephen has previously held the role of Systems Engineer within the same company. Prior to Cisco, Stephen spent over thirteen years at FedEx Services as Chief Engineer and worked as Engineer II at Allied Signal from January 1991 to December 1994. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Louisiana State University, earned between 1986 and 1990.
