Stephen Williams

Stephen Williams is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Cisco, focusing on build infrastructure and developer productivity. They previously held significant roles, including VP of Network Management at Regulus Solutions Inc. and Design Manager at Newbridge Networks, where they championed quality and led software teams in developing network management products. With a strong background in Agile methodologies, Stephen has successfully guided large multidisciplinary teams at Ciena Corporation and Cisco. They are also in pursuit of a BASc in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
