Steve Johnson is a customer-oriented software designer and development engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Technical Leader at Cisco since 2000, they focus on router software development for various platforms and have contributed to significant process optimizations. Prior to Cisco, Steve was a Staff Engineer and later an Advisory Engineer at IBM, where they played key roles in mainframe processor development and networking hardware design. Steve is pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Engineering at Syracuse University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Geneva College.
