Steve Krammer

Steve Krammer has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, with a career spanning over two decades. Beginning as a Management Trainee and Management Consultant at Accenture, Steve later served as HR Manager at BT Global Services and progressed to roles such as Senior HR Business Partner at IBM and Consultant at Harvey Nash. Within Cisco, Steve has held significant positions, first as Recruitment Manager from June 2013 to June 2016, before advancing to Director of Talent Acquisition in July 2016. Steve holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in HR from Kingston University, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
