Steven Chen

Steven Chen has extensive experience in the IT field, beginning with a role as an Order Management Specialist at HP from September 2013 to 2014, where outstanding performance led to multiple awards. From October 2014 to October 2016, Steven served as a Knowledge Manager at HPE SimpliVity, focusing on enterprise desktop performance solutions and overseeing new projects that involved knowledge transfer and training. Following this, Steven worked as an Internet Network Specialist at British Telecom from November 2016 to March 2020, managing the network performance of over 56 customers and achieving CCIE R&S certification. Since March 2020, Steven has been a Network Consulting Engineer at Cisco, specializing in network security design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
